I called Locksmith Company in Northfield for a particular request: to replace a broken door handle with a new one that I purchased myself. It had to be done immediately because I couldn't afford leaving the front door with a broken doorknob. Luckily, the company was open 24/7 so they sent a repairman over right away. The staff came over and did the job professionally. They made sure to check the entire house before leaving, ensuring that all locks work. For that, I would recommend them to all my friends and would use them again for future security needs.

Saved me lots of money

My front door lock jammed and I thought it needed a replacement. I have asked my dad to send me a certain amount so I could pay the locksmith with the service. The staff came over and inspected my front door and told me that there was no need for a replacement because he can fix it right away. True enough he was able to replace the lock in the span of 30 minutes! I was definitely impressed by how fast the technician was able to get the job done for me. Definitely one I would recommend.

Fixed our frozen garage door lock fast!

About a month ago our garage door lock was frozen shut and this company's technician came out really fast and fixed the problem in a jiffy. While he was here, he also adjusted our front door lock that was sticking. What a pleasure he was to work with! When the problem was fixed, he made sure the lock was working just fine and didn't charge an arm and a leg for the service call. Nice doing business with such professionals and we'll use them again in the future if needed!
